The Annual General Meeting of the Thunder Bay – Rainy River Conservative Association will commence online at 1:30 pm, on Saturday, 17th October, 2020.
Who may participate? (Eligibility to Participate).
Anyone who is a member in good standing of the Conservative Party of Canada at least 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting may participate in the meeting.

(That date is Sunday, 27th September, 2020; better still, renew before 25th September, 2020!)

Registration to Participate
Anyone who wishes to participate in the meeting must register (RSVP) in advance not later than seven (7) days prior to the meeting. (i.e. Not later than Saturday, 10th October, 2020).
To register as a participant, and to confirm eligibility to vote, interested individuals must register with the Returning Officer. Please click on the “Register Now” button at the top of this page”.
EDA Members Wishing to Become Board Members
The Board may have up to 30 members. A slate will be presented. Individuals with valid memberships by 21 days before the AGM, who wish to add their names as potential Board members, must identify their intentions to Regional Organizer, Bill Greenberg, Regional Organizer Bill Greenberg, firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-668-0546 not later than 48 hours before the meeting (i.e. 1:30pm on Thursday, 15th October, 2020).
Business to be Conducted:
Business will include the President’s report on behalf of the Board, financial statements, confirmation of the auditor, presentation of nominations committee report, report of the directors nominating committee, election of directors, review of the Code of Conduct for Volunteers, EDA staff, and campaign staff.
